RESTAURANT MANAGER
 

Candidate must possess Bachelor's / College Degree

  At least 3 years of managerial experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel restaurant outlet.
  Training and mentoring skills is a requirement.
  Must be highly adaptable to the needs of restaurant operations, creative and can forecast the status of the restaurant for planning of activities.
  Able to generate reports and perform administrative tasks.
  Must be able to lead and motivate subordinates.
 

    ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
 

Candidate must possess Bachelor's / College Degree

  At least 3 years of managerial experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel restaurant outlet.

  Must have pleasing personality and exceptional customer relations skill.
  Must be able to lead and motivate subordinates.
 

    CAPTAIN WAITER
  At least 3 years experience as captain waiter / head waiter in a fine dining restaurant or hotel restaurant outlet
  Strong leadership skills with very pleasing personality
  Able to deal with customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  Highly professional, self-motivated and organized
  Disciplined team player
 

    WAITER
  Male with at least 1 year experience from a fine dining restaurant
  Disciplined team player
  With very pleasing personality and excellent communication skills
  Well groomed and of good moral character
 

    RECEPTIONIST
 

Female with 1 year experience from a fine dining restaurant or hotel restaurant outlet

  Able to deal with customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  Highly proficient in oral and written communication
  Should be presentable with very pleasant disposition
